Better Z’s With A Holographic Chip Called …

All of us have those long working days from time to time. Some of us even have them more regularly than the general population. Air traffic controllers, fireman/women, medical staff, police officers and military personnel are a few who come to mind as part of that second group. Sleeping moments by this second group can then be looked upon as moments that are few and far between, and as something highly valued when gotten. But, whether, you are in the first or second group, sleep by all its various terms [ call it a night • cat nap • get forty winks • saw wood • shut-eye or snooze • catch some z’s •] as some may call it in the English speaking world are something we all need.

My favorite though is “getting or catching some Z’s”. So what does Z’s (sleep), the above groups, and the rest of us have to do with a holographic chip? A whole whole lot. And how important is sleep to each of us?

Well, extremely important! Getting Z’s has created an annual $32+billion dollar industry. Its corresponding cost to productivity in the work place is estimated at being almost double that at a whopping $63 billion plus per annum. How did we go from something that came naturally and was/is essentially free to needing, wanting or having to pay for it? Which came first, the chicken or the egg so to speak. In other words did our problems with sleep come first or the drug industry that perpetuates our dependency on these drugs come first? If any you reading this knows that answer, let me know. In the meantime I will either inform you or refresh your memory about the perils associated with taking drugs.

Most of us are more aware now than ever that virtually every drug in existence has some type of side-effect. Drugs such as DIPHENHYDRAMINE, a popular antihistamine used for allergies also causes people to fall asleep. So people use it to help them with sleeping too. But again Diphenhydramine has side-effects. It can and does cause urinating problems, dry mouth, constipation in addition to impairment of mental functioning due to drowsiness. Also, to be most effective it must be taken 4 to six times within a 24 hour period.

ZOLPIDEM and DOXEPINE which are also very popular sleeping drugs in the U.S. are suggested for use only if you are able to get a full nights rest. Zolpidem stays in our systems well past the time that we need it for sleep therefore many feel drowsiness for quite some time after waking. Some other possible side-effects are: loss of coordination, stuffy nose, dry mouth, nose or throat irritation; nausea, constipation, diarrhea, upset stomach, headache, muscle pain, to name a few. (1) Doxepine though not designed for allergies has a similarity to diphenhydramine. It has an antihistamine component to it that blocks histamine receptors in our brains (serotonin, acetylcholine, and norepinephrine our natural brain chemicals) responsible for us sleeping or not sleeping. Doxepine’s side-effects can make you feel like you might pass out; tremors, confusion, hallucinations, unusual thoughts, convulsions, painful or difficult urination, feeling dizzy, blurred vision, ringing in your ears; weight gain.(2) Then there are the Benzodiazepines a product that helps insomniacs get to sleep. It makes us dependent upon it, in other words addicted and therefore withdrawal symptoms occur if we try to stop taking it. You are going to need to be supervised by a doctor to get off of this one or its related other drugs.

Does the list of side-effects appear to be growing? It is! But at least here you have a chance to read them at your speed and not some fast talking 25 second commercial. There are a plethora of other drugs out there that assist us as well as having harming side-effects. You, my readers problably could make this list much more extensive.

So, you have some idea of what sleep drugs do for you, how they do it to you and what side effects they can produce. But if we do not get sufficient sleep then our well being suffers. Without sufficient sleep our thought processes and memory are impaired due to fatigue. Moodiness occurs even to the point of depression for many. Pain is amplified in our bodies in the absence of sleep. Our immune system suffers as well. Is this what is called a “Catch 22”? Not necessarily.

There are definitely more natural herbal approaches to assisting us to get a better nights sleep. But this blog is not addressing those at this time. The focus is on a particular holographic chip that draws its inspiration (actually the principles of TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture) for helpining us to get a better nights sleep. It does so by putting us in deepest sleep called REM.

The natural occuring chemical in our brains, DOPAMINE helps us to fall asleep. While the chemical cousins so to speak, SEROTONIN and MELATONIN give us a sense of well being and helps us with the necessary cycles of sleep. These chemicals cause electrical impulses which vary through our sleeping process but also helps us through the sleeping process. Their order have been named as follows: Delta, Theta, Alpha and Beta. (Yes I know for you Greek scholars these are not in the order of the Greek alphabet. That is a whole other story.) It is the last stage in the cycle, the BETA stage or the REM stage, that is said to be responsible for our deepest sleep and our dream state.

It is here the deepest sleep state, the intense vivid dreaming state, the calming, rejuventing, restoring, re-vitalizing state of sleep called BETA that this HOLOGRAPHIC CHIP helps you to attain. And it does so without any drugs whatsoever. Best of all there are no side-effects.

    • Good for you, Fabiola. There are plenty of natural means including what I talked about. Our RestQuiet holographic chip works with our bodies energy field like acupuncture. It will not put you to sleep but once you are it helps to put you into REM. Not a thing enters your body.

    • Fantastic, Fabiola! There are plenty of natural approaches including ours. Note these major differences: (1) No chemicals enter one’s body, ever with any of our holographic chips/stickers. (2) The RestQuiet chip assists you to be in REM ( one’s deepest most restful sleep) but does not put one too sleep.

  1. Sleeping is very important. Most Americans do not get proper rest. Uninterrupted sleep and resting is so relaxing and rejuvenating. 🙂
